A local team for your pool

Pool Repair

You should not have to become a pool technician to get help. Start with what you have noticed: a falling water level, a pump that will not start or a filter that is not keeping up. We assess the system and explain the repair options.

As a team that installs and maintains pools too, we look at how the equipment works together. A repair or replacement needs to address the cause and suit the rest of your system. We service existing pools, including those built by other companies.

How we can help

Understand the problem. Choose the right repair.

A symptom can have more than one cause. We investigate the problem and explain your repair options. After every service, you receive an email and text update through Skimmer.

01

Pool leak detection & repair

Constantly topping up the pool makes it hard to know what is normal. We investigate unexplained water loss and the signs around your pool and equipment, then discuss the repair once the source is understood.

02

Pool pump & filter repair

A noisy pump, weak circulation or repeated loss of prime needs a diagnosis before a parts decision. We assess the pump and filtration system and explain repair or replacement options based on the fault and equipment condition.

03

Pool plumbing & controls

When the system will not run as expected, the issue may involve plumbing, automation or controls. Share the equipment model and any error message so we can focus the investigation.

Start with what you know

You know the symptom. Start there.

Describe the noise, water loss or change you’ve noticed. You don’t need to diagnose it or know which part to order. Share any of the details below that you have.

A few useful answers

Know what to expect.

Should I repair my pool pump or replace it?

Compare the diagnosed fault, available parts, equipment age and condition, and the full installed cost of each option. A repair may make sense when the rest of the pump is sound; repeated problems or extensive wear can change that decision. A replacement also needs to suit your pool's plumbing, filtration and controls. OMS can discuss those tradeoffs after assessing the equipment.

Why is my pool pump running but the water flow is weak?

Reduced flow can involve the pump, a restricted basket or filter, or air entering the system. The symptom does not tell us which part needs repair. Share when it started, whether the pump loses prime, any visible bubbles and recent maintenance so we can focus the assessment.

Does a falling pool water level always mean a leak?

No. Evaporation, splash-out and water used during maintenance can affect the level too. Repeated or unexplained loss, wet areas or a change in equipment behavior are reasons to arrange an assessment. Keep a note of when you add water and what you observe; an inspection helps distinguish normal losses from a problem.

What happens during a pool leak assessment?

Start by sharing the water-loss history and any visible signs around the pool or equipment. OMS will discuss the inspection your pool needs and the areas to investigate. Once the likely source and scope are understood, we can explain the repair options, access needed and any additional investigation before quoting the work.

Can you give me a price from a description?

A description helps us understand the request, but it may not reveal the cause or full scope. Contact OMS to discuss the assessment and ask how diagnostic visits, parts and repair work are priced.

Do you repair pools built by another company?

Yes. Our repair services are available for existing pools, not only OMS installations. Share the equipment details so we can confirm that your request is within the work we handle.

How quickly can a repair be completed?

Timing depends on appointment availability, the diagnosis and any parts needed. Call with the symptoms and your location so we can discuss the next available step.
