How do you help owners of a new OMS pool get started?
After your OMS pool build, we walk you through the equipment, provide a care guide and check in during your first month. If you would like us to handle ongoing cleaning and maintenance, we can arrange that separately. Existing pool owners can also contact us for a care plan.
How often should my pool be serviced?
The right schedule depends on the pool, its surroundings, use and current condition. Share those details with OMS so we can discuss a suitable service frequency and what each visit should cover.
Can you help with a pool you did not install?
Yes. You can arrange cleaning and maintenance with OMS even if another company built your pool. Tell us your location, the type of pool and the care you would like help with.
Are chemicals, filter work and seasonal visits included?
Ask us to confirm these items when discussing your quote. Cleaning, water care, filter service and seasonal work can have different requirements; your agreed scope should make clear which tasks and materials are covered.
What if the pool also needs a repair?
Mention the concern when you get in touch. OMS also provides pool repair, including pumps, filters and leaks, so we can help distinguish ongoing care from work that needs a separate assessment.
