Fiberglass pool with stone coping, lounge chairs and a split rail fence against tall pines

A pool that belongs in your backyard.

The pool, the deck and the walk back to your house all need to work together. Adam’s landscaping and hardscape background helps him plan the whole space, then lead the build on site.

Leah handles the office and permitting. Our pool service experience brings equipment access and everyday upkeep into the plan, too. You can arrange ongoing pool and hot tub care with the same local team after the build.

How we plan and build

Fiberglass shapes and features.

Start with what you want from the water: room to swim, a place to lounge or a little of both. We’ll help you narrow the Barrier Reef models to those that suit your yard.

Start with a compact plunge pool or a larger model with space for a spa and ledge. We help you compare the shell dimensions, usable swim area and delivery access with your yard.

Smooth gelcoat is gentle on feet and paws, with no vinyl liner for claws to tear. Its nonporous surface also gives algae fewer places to take hold than porous plaster. Every pool still needs balanced water and routine care.

Questions about fiberglass pools

How do fiberglass and concrete pools compare?

Fiberglass offers ready-made shapes, smooth gelcoat surfaces and built-in features. Concrete allows more flexibility in shape, size and depth. Adam helps you weigh your yard, budget and the way you want to use the water. Compare pool types.

What does fiberglass pool installation involve?

The fiberglass shell arrives formed and finished, which removes the on-site shell construction and curing stages of a concrete pool. Your full project still includes planning, approvals, delivery, site work, plumbing, decking and startup. OMS can talk through the sequence and timing for your yard; weather, site conditions and model availability all play a part.

Can I add a tanning ledge or spa?

Barrier Reef's catalog includes designs with lounging ledges and integrated spas, including the Castaway. Check the model drawing, available swim area and equipment requirements with OMS. Availability and the final installation scope are confirmed for your project.
