Leah runs the office and handles the permitting and rezoning work your project may require. She helps you work through the paperwork that comes with building a pool.
Why we got into pools.
We started Outdoor Management Services in 2018 with landscaping and outdoor management.
We moved into pools when we saw the joy they could bring to a family and how they gave people a place to spend more time together. That’s what made us want to do more of this work.
Today, we build fiberglass and concrete pools across North Georgia. Our background still helps us plan the space around the water, including the deck, the landscaping and how it all connects to your home.
We know a pool is a big decision. We want you to feel comfortable asking questions, talking through your options and telling us what matters to you. We’ll help you through the build, show you how to care for your pool and be here when you need help with maintenance.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. We’ll talk through fiberglass and concrete options with you, including the layout, cost and upkeep. Your free design, backyard rendering and quote help you see what could work in your yard.

We’ll walk through your written quote with you, including what’s covered, any allowances and what’s excluded. If the plan changes, we explain the cost and schedule impact and get your written approval before carrying out the changed work.
We’ll keep you in the loop
During construction, we send a weekly update so you know what’s been done and what comes next. When there’s a decision to make or a change to discuss, we’ll work through it with you.
We’re here after the build
We’ll show you how your equipment works, leave you with a care guide and check in during your first month. If you’d like help with the upkeep, you can arrange ongoing cleaning, maintenance and repairs with our CPO-certified team. We send an email and text update after every service.
