Do you work on every hot tub brand?
Send the brand, model and service request so we can confirm suitability and parts availability for your particular tub.
Will I get an update after my hot tub service?
Yes. We send an email and text update through Skimmer after every service, so you know when the visit is complete even if you are not home.
Can you build the pad or patio for a new tub?
Yes. Concrete pads and patios are part of our hot tub installation services. Share the tub’s specifications and proposed location so the site work can be discussed with the installation.
What should I confirm before ordering a hot tub?
Discuss the tub specifications, delivery access, base or patio work and utility requirements with the relevant installers. Ask OMS which parts of your project are included in the quote and which require a separate contractor.
