Questions about concrete pools

How much will my concrete pool cost?

Your quote depends on the pool’s size and design, access, excavation, equipment, finish and surrounding work. OMS provides a free design, backyard rendering and written quote. The quote explains included work, allowances, exclusions and how changes are priced and approved.

How long does a concrete pool take to build?

Planning, approvals, site work, construction, decking and startup all contribute to the schedule. Weather, site conditions and the agreed scope affect timing. During construction, OMS sends a weekly update covering progress, upcoming work and decisions needed, including changes to the plan or timing.

What care does a concrete pool need?

Plan for routine water testing, chemical balancing, brushing, filtration and equipment care, plus attention to the finish as it wears. After an OMS build, we provide an equipment walkthrough, care guide and first-month check-in. Ongoing maintenance and repairs can be arranged separately.

Do I have to decide between concrete and fiberglass first?

No. Bring your ideas to Adam and work through both options. OMS designs and builds fiberglass and concrete pools, so your free design conversation can start with your yard and the way you want to use it. Compare pool types or explore fiberglass pools.
